Jay Higgins is an Air Force veteran and lifelong public servant who lives in Malden with his wife, Kate. Together, they know first hand how expensive day-to-day living has become, especially for working families and first-time home buyers.

Jay has spent the last decade as a caseworker for Congresswoman Katherine Clark, helping countless members of his community cut through government red tape to access their earned Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid benefits.

Jay is running to bring that same hands-on, constituent-first approach to Beacon Hill. From affordable child care to a functioning MBTA, Jay will be a strong voice for families that need relief from the the runaway cost of living hikes folks are experiencing all over the state.
